Hey, people who know what's up:
Why is it that when I turn off images in Firefox, and then go to read a livejournal post, the comments don't thread? I mean, they just lay out flat on the page, like a big barf of commenty barf. I don't remember this happening before, it just started yesterday. And when I turn on images, I can view comment threads just fine. But when I turn off images again, the comments don't thread.
One of these things should have absolutely nothing to do with the other. I am confuzzled.
Also, I do not have the same problem with Journalfen. Hmmmmm.

when I turn off the images while I'm browsing LJ at work, though for me it has always been that way - I thought it was just some weird Firefox quirk. I've noticed it's only on pages that use the plain LJ style, and not if the journal has the custom journal style enabled for comment pages, but I have no idea what might be causing it.
