Ok I lied and I took the fastest shower ever and I have some time.

Transcribing the nazi looking girl her name is:

極上 の サルバトーレ

極上 = gokujyou = prime, superb, the best, finest quality, etc.

サルバトーレ = sarubatoore, and I have no idea what the katakana is supposed to spell. (maybe Celebrity? maybe celebratory?)

The other guy is:
ビッグスター様 = biggusutaasama = Mr Big Star

Yeah, サルバトーレ is how the Japanese write "Salvatore," so like onewaystair said, it's probably her name.
