Question for the tech-savvy.

Youtube is now blocking Video Downloader, and my latest edition of WM Downloader no longer has FLV support.

So, question: Is there anything left that I can use to download and save Youtube videos?

I use DownloadHelper, which is an add-on to Firefox you can get right from their website.

I am just angry with youtube in general... this is now making me even angrier.

They are doing a lot of crap that I'm not at all happy with. example: They are passive aggressively censoring atheists (some popular atheist vloggers who were normally getting honors daily are now no longer able to achieve certain honors even with the required comment and view totals, while other accounts are), they are disabling accounts for minor infringement without any warnings or questions asked (they are even closing down people who merely do karaoke singing... even without background music to it)... among other things.

They have a right to do these things, but... GAHHHH~!!

It saves video as an flv file and then you just need a converter to change it to something else.
