I've been following your blog for awhile. At the beginning, it was mainly for SE updates (because I've been trying to restrict myself to only legal ways of watching/reading anime/manga, and for the most part I've been successful). But as a woman who has always considered herself a feminist, what I appreciated most about your posts were your comments from a feminist's POV who has strong, well-researched and well-thought out opinions. And I became really attached to them. And they've made me look into myself and really question myself and try to look into my own biases. I don't always necessarily agree with your opinions (most of the time I do) and they can make me uncomfortable, but I still appreciate and respect them because they make me really analyze myself and ask why I feel that way.

So while I still do appreciate updates to SE, what I get most from you LJ posts and what I most look forward to are your opinions and posts like these to share opinion-pieces on issues that I feel strongly about.

So thank you for these posts.
