I'm trying all sorts of possible readings (Fukhdor, Fukador, Fkohadr, etc.) but nothing seems to fit or make ANY sense.

Fyokhadr... Ha-ha, ha... Though it's obvious nonsense =.=
No folklore, literature or religious character that I can remember fits to this name.

Gotta do some more digging.
