Also, this whole UAC thing would be a lot easier to disable if it didn't magically re-enable itself with every reboot. Fuck. I know that's NOT supposed to be happening, but it is.
And as long as I have UAC running rampant all over my computer, I'm not allowed to install Apache. Or uninstall my first borked attempt at doing so. That, too. It's not letting me fucking uninstall anything even though I'm still logged in as the admin/owner!
Don't mind me, I'll just be over here headdesking for a while.
