And now, as a follow-up to this post, here's more information about those upcoming furoku zen-in figures previously announced in The Sneaker:


Well, I lied. Only one of the three figures (Haruhi) is a furoku figure. Mikuru and Yuki, unfortunately, are going to be zen-in ("send-away") figures. That means available to Japanese addresses only. Crap!

Here's the complete breakdown:

HARUHI
Comes with limited edition of manga volume 4, published February 28th.

MIKURU
Zen-in for the February and March issues of Shounen Ace. The "February" issue goes on sale on December 26th (hooray for Japanese magazine publishing system), so mark your calenders! Apparently you can order her using the coupon in either the February or March issue; this is not one of those zen-in where you need to collect two coupons over two months. It is simply that you will have two chances to get her.

YUKI
Zen-in for the February issue of The Sneaker. This issue goes on sale on December 27th.

As for the fact that two of the three figures are zen-in... I dunno what to say. Zen-in figures will only ship to addresses within Japan; and there is a limit of one per address. Which is not a problem for those of us who live in Japan, but for anybody else, it's going to be difficult getting your hands on these. Honestly I have no idea what sort of advice to give in terms of getting zen-in items if you live outside Japan. Other than asking a friend in Japan to order one for you, does anybody have any other ideas? And no, don't ask me to order them for you, I'm definitely using my "one per address" limit for my own figures. ^^;;

Might you still have the Newtype Complete Artbook? The Myfile.sg mirror deleted the file.. and without a download manager to resume downloads it's a bitch getting a 30MB file from badongo.

You have to click and open the Bandongo link. You cannot do a "save as" or "save target as". You must open the Badongo page.

Once you get to the Badongo page, look for the countdown. It will be counting down the seconds until you can get a download slot.

When the countdown is finished, a download button will appear. Click that to download the file.

Okay, so... You're a different anon from the one who started this thread... by "either" do you mean that you're trying to download both files, but you can't?

Would Mediafire work for you?
