Also, he's a) a traitor and b) completely batshit insane and fucked in the head.

But that's okay because MARIE AND STEIN make a dramatic return specifically for the purpose of kicking his ass. Unfortunately, Justin escapes their gasp.

Also, WTF Marie's weapon form. It looked better in the anime.

Also: GIRIKO'S BACK BABY.

Also: FUCK YEAH NEW SHIBUSEN SCHOOL UNIFORMS that totally rock. As modeled by Maka, Liz, and Patti in this chapter.

Also: Shibusen takes in Angela (and welcomes back Kim and Jackie with open arms yaaaay!)

Also: There is an absolutely lovely scene where Soul visits Black Star in the hospital and Ohkubo takes a moment to remind us that these two are actually BFF4EVAH. D'aaaaaaw.

Also: Daddy seems rather hilariously unconcerned about what happened to Kid. But then again, he's got his plate pretty full with Angela and Justin to worry about, so... whatever.

Thanks for the info. I've said this to you numerous times, I know, but you are a great and entertaining source for Soul Eater stuff. So, yes, just thought I'd point out it's appreciated.

Regardless of the specifies, I wonder if anyone questioned Justin's loyalty behind that combination of over-enthusiastic priest and earphones. I certainly didn't, but then I just put him aside as one of Okubo's quirky, questionable little cast members.

Shinigami's lack of concern over Kid could, I suppose, be justified by the mad priest situation. It's also hardly the first time he's reacted casually (or, in this case not at all) to what we might think of as serious business.

But ultimately, I'm bothered by Justin at the moment. Really bothered. -_-
