Y'know, I still don't like the song, and I'm still really really not a fan of Tommy Heavenly. But damn, that is a sweet opening sequence.

Animated!Joe looks quite good. I love love love the shot of the Kim/Jackie/Ox/Harvar/Killik/Twins septuplet, too.

Hmm, I agree, I don't like the song, but the animation is fun. The first SE opening sequence I liked right away, song and everything, and it's one of those rare opening credit sequences that I'll pretty much watch every time I see the show (and I'm like 23 episodes in).
