Tsubasa 201 spoiler, and Spoiler Space #2!
Okay, so, the Tsubasa ch.201 spoiler has been leaked all over the internet, thanks to a sneaky Kodansha employee. The actual chapter does not come out until Wednesday morning, but for those of you dying to know....
So apparently Watanuki is another clone of Syaoran. He was placed in the 616 universe in order to replace Syaoran when Syaoran had his time turned back. For those of you following xxxHolic, this means that... Since Watanuki's parents are dead... And CCS!Sakura and CCS!Syaoran are Watanuki's "parents"... Then CCS!Sakura and CCS!Syaoran are dead.
Granted, this is CLAMP, so they might be "dead" moreso than actually dead-dead, but whatever.
For the record, I predicted from the beginning that Watanuki would be a twin and/or clone of Syaoran, and that it would have something to do with him replacing the Syaoran the was originally abducted by FWR.
Rrrright. End of spoiler. Moving on. So, speaking of spoilers! Spoiler Space #2 is looking for submissions! Here is the shameless promotional copy-n-paste:

I APPROVE
I have a hard time believing that CLAMP has killed off their golden couple. There's gotta be more to it. *thinks*

Normally, when you've got a kid with dead parents, it's revealed pretty quickly exactly how said parents died. Bruce Wayne's parents were killed by a mugger. Mamoru Chiba's parents were killed in a car accident. CCS!Sakura's mom died of an illness. Kurogane's parents were slaughtered. Fay's parents... well, you know.
What I mean is, it's unusual to have "dead parents" in your narrative without revealing the cause of death, particularly if your main character is still a child. That always stuck out at me when I was reading xxxHolic. And that's part of the reason why I always kinda-sorta believed that either a) Watanuki's parents weren't really dead or b) they had never existed in the first place and were some sort of false memory.

The only real clue we've had was when Watanuki fell out of the window and was kept from death by (presumably) his parents bloodstained hands. Until Haruka arrived, at least.
I dunno... But I just can't see CLAMP killing them off. It just...does not compute.

Speaking of South Park/anime parodies, I think you might enjoy this. It was drawn by my friend,

Dude, now I'm really happy I abandoned TRC a long time ago. CLAMP just seems to be on a rampage with all these alternate universes/timelines... @_@
