Heya! A librarian question! I'll shake off my rusty readers' advisory experience and try to help out a bit. :)

I found a couple of people on NoveList that may (sort of) fit your criteria. I'm not sure how strict you need to be on the author actually being from a particular country. Caveat: I have not actually read any of these books.

Cambodia: The Stone Goddess by Minfong Ho (Chinese-American, raised in Thailand and worked in Cambodia).

Cambodia: Many Ly was born in Cambodia, but grew up in Florida. Probably your age group would be more interested in Roots and Wings.

Saudi Arabia: N. H. Senzai was born in Chicago and grew up in Saudi Arabia. Shooting Kabul won an Asian Pacific American Award for Literature in 2010.
