Yeah Kaguya was fanservice for the sake of fanservice, but at least a) she wasn't A TEENAGE GIRL and b) her nudity was part of a running gag about her self-delusions. YMMV on whether you found the joke actually funny or not (I didn't), but again, at least there was an attempt to have some entertainment value with the boobariffic fanservice. Neither can be said for the Kim Pantydance Page, though.
