Jackie=Eternal Feather thory

When I first read this comment, I was like "No way!"
Then i thought "Hey, why not? It would be an interesting development, and it doesn't really contradict anything!"
But, finally, no. I think it's impossible after all. Because we have already seen Jackie in the first chapter of 'Not!'
