To be honest I think Liz and Patty will most likely take a leading role when it comes into saving Kidd (when ever the hell that is going to happen). I don't see the point of Ohkubo hinting at Patty being a meister (with the whole shooting practice and awesome fighting skills) if it wont come into play in the future (in my opinion at least).
